TERMS & CONDITIONS

THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Sky Concierge Travel only acts as an intermediary between you (client) and the third party service providers. We will provide you with the terms and conditions of any third party supplier where available to us. It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the third parties terms and conditions. Third party Service providers cannot guarantee their prices until a deposit or full payment has been received. Prices are subject to availability and the fluctuation of the rate of exchange. Document will not be issued or released until full payment has been received by the third party provider.

Sky Concierge Travel and its associates do not accept liability for any errors, omissions or actions of the third party service providers and/or their agents. Sky Concierge Travel and its associates are not liable for criminal act, which resulted in any injury, illness, harm, trauma, death and loss/or damage to you or your belongings. You (client) indemnify Sky Concierge Travel and its associates accordingly.

LIABILITY
Sky Concierge Travel or its employee(s) will not be held liable for any injury, theft, loss, illness, harm trauma, death and loss/or damage to you or your belongings. Sky Concierge Travel do not accept liability due to unforeseen circumstances incurred before, during and after travel. This includes travel delays due to either the airlines, whether it be mechanical or due to strike action. We will not be liable for any unforeseen weather conditions, acts of God, terrorism, and war.

AUTHORITY
The traveler or the person (third party) requesting the quotation, final confirmation on behalf of the traveler are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

PASSPORTS
It falls within the traveler responsibility to ensure that their passport(s) is valid for a minimum of six months after return of travel. The traveler must also ensure that there are open passport pages for Visa and passport control.

AIRLINE TERMS
Sky Concierge Travel or its associates cannot be held responsible in the event of an airline or third party’s default, or the withdrawal of a ticketed route or schedules changes. Airlines reserve the right to withdraw airfares or specials without any prior notification. Sky Concierge Travel cannot guarantee airfares, airports taxes or fuel surcharges until the ticket has been paid in full and issued. Prices are subject to change without prior notification due to the rate of exchange or seat availability.

TICKET CHANGES
Date changes are allowed to be made before or during travel by either the traveler or your agent subject to the rules and conditions of the ticket. The routing of a ticket may be changed subject to rules and conditions of that ticket. Change fees and additional taxes may be applicable.

CANCELLATIONS
All bookings that have not been paid for by the payment deadline will automatically be cancelled. In the event of the passenger being unable to travel, it will be the traveller’s responsibility to notify the airline or Sky Concierge Travel in such a case. Airline Service Providers reserve the right to enforce the no show no refund policy. In the event of an illness or hospitalisation of the passenger, medical documentations are required. In the event of death of the passenger or direct family member a death certificate is required.

REFUNDS
Sky Concierge Travel will assist the traveler with all refunds. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party service provider. Refunds are subject to delays of approximately of 4 – 8 weeks by the airlines service provider. All refunds are subject to administration fees. Sky Concierge Travel service fees are unfortunately non-refundable as a service has been provided.

PAYMENTS
Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made. If payment is done by EFT or bank deposit, payment needs to be cleared before any travel documents are issued. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they take that into consideration when meeting the ticketing deadline. When payment is made by credit card, a credit card authorisation form needs to be completed. This must be returned to us with copies of the passenger Identification documents and the copy of the back and front of the credit card. All credit cards will be screened through a security check process and will then only be accepted. Our banking details will be provided upon request.

SERVICE FEES
Sky Concierge Travel is a professional and registered service provider, and we therefore do charge service fees according to packages. All service fees are non- refundable.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to be purchased before Travel Commences. Our service provider Travel Insurance Consultant (TIC) have been in existence for over 25 years.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Sky Concierge Travel will ensure that all information given to us is treated strictly confidential.
